Shared to-do lists for groceries, trips, and chores

One link invites anyone to a list. Co-edit the grocery run, the packing list, or the family chores, and see who added what. Your reminders and alarms stay personal to you.

Sharing a list should take five seconds

The best shared list is the one everyone actually uses. ETasks keeps it simple: create a list, tap share, send the link. Whoever opens it in ETasks joins the list: no accounts to match, no permission matrices to configure.

Made for households and small teams

Grocery lists, trip planning, chore charts

Shared lists shine wherever a few people work off the same list: weekly groceries, a holiday packing list, event prep, or splitting the housework. Combine with personal alarms so your part of the list actually gets done on time.

How this relates to Google Tasks

Google Tasks has no list sharing at all: there is no way to co-edit a Google Tasks list with someone else. ETasks adds sharing on top, with one honest caveat: sharing happens over iCloud, not Google. When you share a list that lived on Google Tasks, ETasks moves it off Google, and from then on it syncs between members via iCloud. Your other lists keep syncing with Google Tasks as usual. See the Google Tasks app for iPhone page for the full sync picture.
