Google Tasks on Mac, without living in a browser

Review lists, plan with a trackpad, and keep changes synced with Gmail, Google Calendar, iPhone, and iPad.

What the Mac app is—and is not

On compatible Apple silicon Macs, ETasks is the iOS and iPadOS app running on macOS. It is not a separate native macOS build. That means you get the same task database, two-way Google sync, planner views, and offline-first behavior in a Mac window, with pointer and trackpad interactions supported by Apple's compatibility layer.

If you prefer not to install an app, Google Tasks in Gmail or Google Calendar remains a solid browser option. ETasks makes sense when you want a dedicated window and the same workflow across your Apple devices.

A familiar workspace for daily planning

Trackpad-friendly lists and calendars

Click, drag, and reorganize tasks between lists or planner dates, then pick up on iPhone or iPad. Google-connected changes sync back to Google Tasks; local mode remains available if you do not want to connect an account.
